The objective of the present study aimed to explore, through the life experiences of Clinical Pharmacist, of São Paulo, the current panorama of the profession as well as the problems and transformations that crosses, especially regarding the issue of the binomial humanization-dehumanization in health. It was developed a qualitative study based on oral history of life, targeting the dimension of human experience involved in this process. We conducted seven interviews, which followed a set of procedures required by the Oral History. Thus, through open interviews made to this professionals, data has been generated and subsequently subjected to analysis, based on a phenomenological model of immersion and crystallisation. The results showed the emergence of issues involving the pharmaceutical care and the routine of the professional as well as aspects related to its role in the current health model.
