SUMMARY
Rashes caused by drugs are a very common form of adverse reaction due to medicine treatments constituting a broad and complex issue for the current dermatology due to the wide variety of clinical conditions.
A case of secondary toxicodermia It comes to the use of piperacillin/tazobactam in an adult male with sepsis of gut origin and suspected pneumonia. The patient evolved favorably after medicine withdrawal with disappearance of dermatological picture.
